We currently ship across India.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
6. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Roops Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
Please record an unboxing video
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos
Approved cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
