RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Roops Jewels

At Roops Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of jewelry products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at roopsjewels@gmail.com or +91 87899 11969, along with:

Clear unboxing video

Photos of the product and packaging

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT / REFUND

A replacement or refund will be approved only if:

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product is unused and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

Once approved, we will arrange:

Replacement (subject to availability), or

Refund (if replacement is not available)

4. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

5. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

Color or design variation due to screen differences

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Minor variations in finish or appearance

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. CASH ON DELIVERY (If Applicable)

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

8. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

In case of approved damage/defect, return shipping will be borne by Roops Jewels
